Brrr-illiant News!

Hi everyone! Very warm wishes to you all and huge apologies for not keeping in touch. We hope everyone managed ok with the bad weather recently and didn't get snowed in for too long.

So what's been happening at Sammy B's. Before the snow arrived Neil spent many a happy day pruning everything in sight with his chain-saw! The ponds have also been cleaned and spruced up - we were eating watercress soup for a fortnight!

Our biggest news is that we now have our Wedding Licence and had our first wedding on 19th December; it was the most perfect day from start to finish. With just 7 guests plus the Bride and Groom, it was a very intimate and romantic affair; we even managed a dusting of snow during the ceremony, which just made it even more special!

Phase 1 of our refurbishment plan is complete with a brand new shiny en-suite bathroom for room 6 (Rosemary Room) and the lounge and dining room have been repainted.

We have some new additions to the family-Freddie our (Heinz 57) rescue dog from the Dog's Trust in Ilfracombe. He's a real cutey and knows just how to get all of his own way and not forgetting Ed the Duck who joined us in October and now lives with the chickens and thinks he is one of them; he doesn't quack but clucks!!

We're now focusing on the year ahead and have our Winter and Springs Breaks on offer once more. For the romantics amongst you, we have a lovely Valentine Special Weekend to enjoy, or how's about treating Mum to a few days away for Mother's Day-gift vouchers are available.

Winter and Spring Breaks

Excellent 3 course dinner each evening using home grown and local produce. Double en-suite with wonderful countryside views. Full english breakfast with home baked bread and fresh eggs from our own hens.

Winter Breaks: 3 nights - £150.00pp
4 nights - £196.00pp
Spring Breaks: 3 nights - £158.00pp
4 nights - £210.00pp

Lastly our biggest highlight of all has been welcoming back returning guests and meeting lots of new ones-thank you so much for choosing to stay with us, we hope we will be welcoming you to our home again very soon.

Very best sunny wishes

Bev, Neil, Fred, Poppy, Ed and Chickens!
