Combe Martin Strawberry Fayre

The Combe Martin Strawberry Fayre is held in Cross Street and is jointly organised by the Combe Martin Carnival Committee and the Combe Martin Tourism Association. As well as celebrating the village’s strawberry-growing history, the event is also about promoting other fresh local produce, home baked goods and local crafts.

Ilfracombe Victorian Celebration

- one of the most popular events of the year, everyone, it seems, in Ilfracombe dresses up in Victorian costume for nine days of splendour: there are horse drawn carriages, steam engines, punch and judy shows, street entertainment, brass bands and boat trips. Many visitors bring their own costume and join in !
